ime to honor a regular reader and frequent contributor to the Every Clog Has Its Day universe. Months ago we got to know an avid clog fan from down under, Philip. I first made his acquaintance via the Comments in September of last year, and he gave us a peek in his astounding storeroom of clogs soon after. His remarkable assortment of footwear had me pleading with him for more details, and happily he started sharing specific photos. In February and in March and in April and in June.
Today, Philip has turned 39 again, and I am pleased to celebrate the event with a selection of as yet unpublished clogs. His collection calls to mine my frequent lament: so many shoes, so little time. Clearly, he's discovered a way to fight back!
Happy birthday, my friend!

[On my feet as I blog: a great pair of wood soled platforms for kicking around town in on a summer's night: my Arc Halfmoons from John Fluevog. Oddly, considering their massive girth, they made the same tock-tock-tock sound on concrete as Melissa's smaller Zorina Mary Jane clogs from Cordani when we went to dinner.]
Philip, Happy Birthday!
Please send me those Destroy clogs -- I MUST have them!

Melissa - I was admiring the look of your Zorina Cordani clogs when I realized your cleverness in wearing striped socks! Are the clogs black or blue?

Jan: Melissa is standing right here, and she tells me that they're black, but they also come in a lovely brown.

happy birthday Phillip to a guy lucky enough to have a small enough to wear almost any shoe.

Thank you Evan for the birthday wishes. Having a size EU 39-40 foot can be a godsend in buying shoes ,but also being a popular size I have to be quick in buying shoes as this size sells out quickly.
