f you've seen the current Sven catalog or visited the Sven website, you'll have noticed a young woman modeling many of their current styles. It doesn't take a lot of detective work to figure out that she isn't just a hire from a talent agency. That young woman is none other than a very significant person in the life of Sven owner Marie Rivers: her granddaughter Brittany. As a young girl she enjoyed hanging around the clog factory with her grandmother. And not surprisingly, Ms. Rivers honored her first granddaughter by naming a line of contemporary clogs after her. And what's more, while preparing for the photo shoot, grandmother and granddaughter had a blast planning and shopping together for the several clothing changes used. Brittany's a high school senior now, but the images were taken last summer. We've often discussed on ECHID how much more satisfying it is to see a pair of shoes on a pair of real feet. Here's your opportunity to take in some of the Sven line modeled to our liking!
