Is it the end of March already? Good Lord! Time flies when you're eyeing clogs. And as usual, just when I think shoe manufacturers will be running low on innovative ideas, someone comes along with a design that knocks my socks off. Or at least it would if I wore socks. Here's what's new for this week.

1. Killick clog from Rachel Comey
Not truly the rigid wood midsole that makes so many of us clog fans happy, but with a platform this thick and a heel this chunky, I for one am willing to make an exception.
Available through Les Nouvelles.

2. C'est Prive clog from Ed Hardy
The product description tells the tale better than I could: Ed Hardy's vintage tattoo graphics were the most sought after body art of his time. Now Ed Hardy has lent his name (and vintage tattoo designs) to this awesome line of apparel. (Don't miss the artist's name adorning the heel.)
Available through Revolve Clothing.

3. Natasha clog from Frye
Yesterday I acknowledged the wonder of John Fluevog's footwear creations, an assortment of shoes I can get excited about even if they are designed without a wooden midsole. To that short list of fabulous non-wood footwear brands I would eagerly add the name of Frye. Sensational leather and rugged styling make me sit up and take notice of so many of their shoes. And while I recognize that the clogs below are not constructed with the wooden midsoles that I consider so essential, I'm willing to make an exception and make room for them in my shoe racks.
Available through Zappos.com.

The maker that led the way with the coolest of cool in high heeled chunky clogs for years still keeps us entertained with this richly details peep toe style. Love the denim colored leather!
Available through Barneys New York.

6. Croc pattern wedge boots from Pixie Market
However, for those of us who still live in the chilly north where it's not quite the season to expose ones toes on a regular basis, wood soled wedge boots like this style help us dress up our passion.

[On my feet as I blog: those lovely fur-lined Kybele clog booties from Nine West. Warmth and wood in one wonderful location.]
As someone who has a fair amount of body art, I like that Ed Hardy clog a lot. The Natashas are subdued but with a great heel.
